Alberta’s government has previously announced plans to reform the province’s auto insurance system in 2024.  As of March, FAIR Alberta assesses that there is now a high probability the government will soon propose some form of No-Fault system as part of these efforts.

To raise awareness of the threat that No-Fault insurance represents, FAIR has just launched a major media campaign including TV advertising on Hockey Night in Canada during March and April, radio advertising, and messaging in newspapers and online channels.

Our objective is to let all Albertans know that No-Fault auto insurance is both a bad idea and un-Albertan and to invite Alberta drivers to contact their MLAs to voice their concerns on this issue.
